5/25/17 晚上 8 点。订购了 “少粉红色” 的培根芝士汉堡、带篝火酱的炸薯条和巧克力奶昔。第二天早上 4 点醒来时胃痛极其严重，经历了许多腹泻、恶心和出汗。回到床上，一个小时后醒来上班，经历了更多的腹泻发作。工作时整天都有胃痛，没有食欲。

Ate at 4pm. Got a burrito bowl with plain white rice, carnitas, cheese, corn salsa, mild salsa, guacamole, and lettuce. Sick as soon as finished eating. Vomited once. Diarrhea 10x and counting. Nauseous entire time.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
