去国王岛旅行后，我星期一在 Chipotle 吃了饭。那天晚上回家的路上我的肚子有点疼，但似乎我吃了一些与我不同意的东西。星期二我有腹泻和严重的胃痛，呕吐到星期二晚上。星期二晚上我无法入睡，身体疼痛，胃部有严重的射击疼痛。今天是星期四，我还是很虚弱，没有胃口。
