12月23日星期日，我和我的家人在 Olive Garden 吃了晚餐。我们四分之三的人吃了沙拉。我们两个人吃了鸡肉意大利细面条，其中一个人吃了 6 盎司的。沙朗配罗蒂尼面条和阿尔弗雷多酱，以及土豆泥和西兰花。最后，最后一顿饭是带有鸡肉嫩肉的儿童餐意大利面。那天晚上 4:30-5:00 左右我们吃了晚餐。到凌晨 2 点至 3 点，我们三个人正在处理恶心、呕吐和腹泻，以及发烧和发冷。几天后还在与一些症状作斗争。有点讽刺的是，我们三个吃沙拉的人都生病了。第四个没吃沙拉，幸运的是躲开了子弹！

I had a double meat chicken bowl with pinto beans, brown rice, corn salsa, hot sauce and lettuce. As to which one of those items in the bowl made me sick I'm not sure.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

I ate chipotle last night around 8:00 pm. I felt fine after until about 10:00 pm and it hit me. I threw up twice before going to bed. I woke up at 1:00 am and threw up 2 more times. At about 6:00 am I threw up… 更多
