Ate a chicken sandwich on the plane, around 6pm on Friday the 9th of August 2019.

Once I got to the hotel I wasn’t feeling great, couldn’t eat dinner. Woke up at 5am and spent the rest of the night vomiting.

I purchased blueberries on Fri/7/19.
I had eaten them- just them late Saturday nite.
Have EXTREME diarrhea and vomiting- starting early morning.
This store NEEDS AN EXTENSIVE INSPECTION in the deli and fruit prep areas.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐

Ate at a place called China star got horribly sick the following day. Felt better after another few days wanted to try some leftovers to see if it was the culprit and sure enough ate two pieces of the food and it was another repeat the next day!, Took only a night and I was the only one who got sick  | 症状: 呕吐, 腹泻, 恶心
