I get the same meal a few times a week which contains chicken breast with no cheese no bun just tomatoes and lettuce. I Ordered last night and this whole day I have been throwing up with a fever and diarrhea.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

19 年 10 月 12 日晚上 8 点左右坐下，晚上 8 点 30 分左右吃了蛤蜊杂烩和海湾虾鸡尾酒。虾从生菜和黄瓜床上出来，看起来像沙拉，所以我就这样吃了。到 1130 分，我异常臃肿，无法入睡。我很恶心，在上午 23 点开始呕吐，再次在凌晨 4 点和 745 分开始呕吐。我的身体疼痛，我因为无法入睡而感到非常疲倦。这种臃肿的感觉一直持续到今天（星期六），但仍然没有睡太多。呕吐引起的神志不清和嘶哑。

我在下午 3 点 30 分和我的奶奶一起去吃晚餐。我有奶奶没有的牛肉 Tamale。我还吃了她没有的冷冻豆。她没生病。晚上 9 点左右我感到恶心和发烧。我放下来睡着了我在凌晨 3 点醒来时感到严重的胃痛。到 6 点之前我有水样的 diahhhrea。我现在已经拿了两天了。

Food poisoning, eat for lunch, Turkey sandwich, I was the only one at the table who became I'll, it was 200pm when I got served, and started feeling nauseous on the way home about 45 mins later, by 4 o'clock I was projectile vomiting and continue to dry heeve hourly so far  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐

昨晚（2019 年 9 月 30 日）有南瓜煎饼特别吗？不幸的是，在吃了煎饼、哈希布朗、两个鸡蛋和一个带咖啡和奶油的小沙朗两个小时后。我生病了。恶心、腹泻和胃痛 — 整晚都去洗手间。不好玩。今天我整天都靠水和苏打饼干生活。此时我还需要很长时间才能去那里。
