I ate yesterday afternoon (03/19/18) and started feeling sick about 6 hours later with nausea then diarrhea. It's the next morning and I'm still running to the bathroom and feeling horrible. I had a Chicken Bowl with Brown Rice, Black Beans, Red and Green Sauce, Corn, Cheese and Lettuce.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

Came into the SHake shack outside of the KOP mall at 1030 on Friday. Order a double smoke shack, the cheese and peppers were dead cold. I ate it, and the next morning was throwing up. I hadn’t eaten anything since 11 am that Friday before the shake shack.  | 症状: 呕吐
