ate at 6pm work up at 1am and threw up immediately. food was hardly digested and everything else i ate that night was not in the throw up. my boyfriend also had the same thing i had and he was fine. the only thing that differed was guacamole and pico.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Dinner yesterday around 6:30 pm. I ordered the Spanish style enchiladas and my husband got chicken fajitas. He started to feel off around 10:00 that night and I woke up this morning at 6 am vomiting. Currently experiencing bad stomach cramps, nausea, vomiting and diarrhea.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋
