昨天 1110-18 我在下午 1 点吃了西南鸡肉 Chipotle 和鳄梨沙拉配西兰花奶油汤和苏打水。快进到晚上 10 点，我得到了胃灼热和汽油，但 Gas-X 并没有像往常一样好转。然后在午夜左右，我有腹泻，然后是严重的胃痛，在午夜至凌晨 3 点之间多次呕吐后消失了。我在上午 11 点 30 分醒来，除了整夜因生病而感觉疲劳之外，感觉还不错。
