Ordered some fiery tacos off of Grubhub and when it arrived I ate it then a few hours later I started feeling nauseous and my head spun. Later the next day which is today (06/06/19) I went to work puked! And was sent home because of tacos from there.  | 症状: 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

I had the beef dumplings and spicy green beans yesterday. Was feeling completely fine beforehand and then within an hour or two had diarrhea and nausea. As the day progressed I also vomited and had a fever. I've eaten there before so this was really disappointing  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
