Ordered some fiery tacos off of Grubhub and when it arrived I ate it then a few hours later I started feeling nauseous and my head spun. Later the next day which is today (06/06/19) I went to work puked! And was sent home because of tacos from there.  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

I had the beef dumplings and spicy green beans yesterday. Was feeling completely fine beforehand and then within an hour or two had diarrhea and nausea. As the day progressed I also vomited and had a fever. I've eaten there before so this was really disappointing  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

pain in lower abdomen started several hours after eating there and then continued into the next evening until all the food that I had eaten there was finally out. Then, the pain finally ended and I could sleep., just me, 8 hours before the worst of the pain. I have a cast iron stomach normally.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain
