7 月 17 日星期一上午 11 点左右我吃了 1/2 个鸡肉卷饼。我吃了黑豆、大米、生菜、温和（pico）和辣酱，还有奶酪和酸奶油。大约 1 小时后，我变得恶心，另一个小时后我出现了极度腹泻，呕吐并发烧。这种情况持续了大约一天半，但是 2 天后仍然感到恶心和虚弱。

昨天晚些时候订购了随身携带。工作人员告诉他们他们没有黑豆，但有些是从另一个地方运来的，15 分钟 5 分钟后它们 “完成” 了。不知道是不是因为我变得恶心了，吃了 guac 后胃立刻抽筋。没想太多。几个小时后吃了碗，醒来后出现腹泻。

7 月 15 日星期六下午 6 点左右，我在 Chipotle 吃了一个鸡肉卷饼，里面有黑豆、糙米、玉米、莎莎酱、奶酪和生菜。星期一晚上 11 点左右。我开始有严重的胃痛，到凌晨 3 点，腹泻不停。到星期二早上我也发烧了。周二晚上腹泻停止了，当时发烧也爆发了。现在（星期三）我虚弱又累，没有食欲。

I bought food for myself, and my three children on Friday July 14th. I was sick late Saturday, then all day Sunday. Two of my kids (13, 7) got sick like me. They both had bowls. My other child did not, with a kids meal. Common ingredients to all sick inducing bowls: white rice, black beans, cheese.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

7 月 14 日星期五有一个墨西哥卷饼碗。它包含糙米、黑豆、鸡肉、酸奶油、生菜、鳄梨调味酱（实际上是鳄梨）和奶酪。一旦我挖进碗里，“鳄梨调味酱” 就被发现是棕色鳄梨的一半。根本不是 guac。第二天我经历了胃痉挛和极度恶心，幸运的是没有呕吐或腹泻。
