Barbacoa Bowl，配米饭、黑豆、番茄莎莎、玉米莎莎、辣椒莎莎、酸奶油、生菜和奶酪。12 小时后胃开始抽筋。持续两周的严重腹痛、体温、严重虚弱、出汗、全身疼痛和腹泻。
