9 月 3 日星期二下午 5 点左右，我订购了一份沙拉配牛 s，春季混合物，切达干酪，香菜，pico de gallo，酸奶油，烤胡椒粉和洋葱，奶油墨西哥胡椒酱，奶油墨西哥胡椒酱，牧场调味酱，鳄梨调味酱。第二天早上醒来时，我呕吐了很多次，腹泻和轻微发烧。我整天躺在床上。现在是 9 月 5 日早晨，我仍然有腹泻，感觉虚弱。
