I ate a chipolte burrito bowl (chicken) yesterday 3/24/16 at around noon at the Cambridge Center. A couple hours later I started to experience stomach discomfort and about 24 hours later diarrhea and continued pain.  | 症状: 腹泻

I had a burrito bowl around 530 yesterday. I woke up around 2am and began vomiting and after that was followed by diarrhea. Im hoping it stops soon, its been 5 hours of this so far, this is horrible. Im not eating at chipotle anytime soon.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

3 月 20 日星期日，晚上 7 点左右。我有一个墨西哥卷饼碗，里面有肉食、糙米、黑豆、奶酪和生菜。我离开时感觉还好。一小时之内感觉恶心。在 11 点左右醒来扔掉。每两个小时呕吐一次直到早晨，然后开始发烧和头痛。下午涨到 102 或 103，但那天晚上坏了。今天是第三天，我摇摇欲坠，虚弱，但我正在好转。我打电话给医生，他证实食物中毒很可能是原因。
