I ate at the above location on 5/12/17. I had a steak and beef burrito with white rice, lettuce, sour cream, and regular queso. About an hour later I was feeling nauseous and vomitted. It is not 5/14/17 and I am still feeling nauseous.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

我 17 岁的女儿和我都有 Taco Bell。她有一个 #7 我有一个豆卷饼和炸玉米饼。我 17 岁的孩子开始呕吐、腹泻、身体疼痛和发冷。把她赶到急诊室女儿大约 4 小时后，我开始出现胃痛和抽筋。恶心、呕吐、腹泻和发冷。我们再也没有 Taco Bell 了！！

I went to Taco Bell at around 8 a.m. and got a shredded chicken burrito and a chicken quesadilla and by 10 o'clock I was feeling like throwing up and using the bathroom I couldn't sleep that night I keep waking up every couple of hours to throw up  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
