和我女儿共进午餐时，她吃了牛排卷饼。我吃了鸡肉卷饼。他们把牛排食物的底部刮得很好。几个小时后，抽筋，然后呕吐无数次，我们住了一个半小时的路程，我花了 2.5 个小时才回家，由于呕吐无法控制，我不得不继续停下来。

3 月 14 日星期一下午 3 点左右，我们在位于十字路口购物中心附近的爱荷华州道奇堡的 Pancheros 用餐。我点了一个鸡肉卷饼，回家开车回家时它一直留在我身边，大约需要 3 个小时，那时一切都下坡了。回家后我开始猛烈呕吐和严重腹泻。这种情况从周一晚上持续到周五早上。不知道我怎么了，以为自己得了流感，直到那时我才去看医生。谢天谢地我做到了，当我到急救局时，他们告诉我这是他们相当长一段时间以来见过的最严重的脱水情况。我带了 2 袋液体、多次注射和一些药物带回家，现在是星期天，我还没有达到 100％，但是我每天都感觉好一点。我还没有完全踢过它，但希望很快就能实现。我正在等待周二之前的血液检测结果，我们肯定会知道的，但初步认为是大肠杆菌。
