我当时在堂兄弟家，我们得到了 5 层牛肉卷饼然后我吃了一个然后当我回到家时，我开始感到恶心、头晕、胃痛和呕吐，还有发冷和头痛，我还在呕吐，只有在吃了墨西哥卷饼之后才有这种感觉  | 症状: 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐, 头痛, 头晕, 寒战, 胃痛

我丈夫于 2016 年 3 月 14 日去那里吃午饭，点了一份牛排卷饼。一小时后抱怨胃痉挛，然后 2 小时后出现腹泻和呕吐。星期三去了 ER，他们告诉他，如果情况恶化，他们无能为力。回家还在呕吐，腹泻和头晕无法入睡或吃或喝任何东西而没有呕吐。星期三回到急诊所做了血液检查，并说他们无法确定 Chipotle 的食物中毒，但是他们还有 12 个人因为在那里吃饭的人的症状而进来... huuuummmm 告诉急诊所去那里卫生部门，他们说除非我们确定知道我们不能这样做，我们说那是他那个星期一唯一吃的地方也是唯一吃的东西。他今天还生病了。永远不会回去的东西！！！！胃痉挛太可怕了... 他说他宁愿死也不愿经历这种痛苦！
