At about 17:00h on December 2nd, I had an order of Calamari. I was dining with two other people who did not share my lust for deep fried squid topped with diced spicy peppers. The dish was served with chipotle aioli which was another item that only I consumed.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心

我在 10 月 3 日吃了 BJ 回家，整晚和整个早上都在厕所里，我还感觉不舒服。我可能会去看医看看它到底是什么。我吃了鱿鱼、柠檬百里香鸡和樱桃釉三文鱼，整晚都开始胃痛和腹泻，在我举报此消息时仍然有问题。

我们星期六到达大西洋城一切都很好。我们去了一家海滩酒吧，我们小组中的每个人都喝了一杯完全不同的饮料。所以我们最终知道那不是酒精。我们去了盖伊·菲耶里的牛排馆所以我们都得到了相同的开胃菜，那就是椒盐脆饼和蜂蜜芥末酱，然后我们都有不同的开胃菜.在等待应用程序的这段时间里，我们确实要求更多椒盐脆饼，因为我们白天并没有真正吃东西。最后，这些应用程序问世了，我的是这些水牛粉薯条，其他人也有炸薯条或炸鱿鱼。然后时间流逝，主菜出来了，我们中有 5/6 个人要么看着我们的饭菜却不能吃，要么只是咬了一口就不能再吃东西了。这是最奇怪的事情，我开始感觉不舒服。在那 45 分钟等待我们的卡片回来的时间里，我开始感到不舒服和不安，我握着头，我的一个朋友说：“你还好吗？”通常我会说是然后把它刷掉但是我只说一个很大的不行。我告诉他们我感觉不舒服，我会吐出来但是回到房间后我要等。5 分钟过去了，那是我到目前为止跑到浴室的最后一根稻草，射弹几次呕吐到厕所里，感觉有些好些。然后我回到桌子旁，5 分钟后我起身不得不再次呕吐。这让我感觉太虚弱了，那时卡片又回来了，我们去了我的 3 个朋友扔掉的房间。这使我们的经历很糟糕，第二天我也有几次腹泻。我不知道为什么我会遇到最糟糕的情况，但我强烈建议不要去这家餐厅。不要去任何风味小镇

I ate at the Olive Garden at 7655 W Alameda Ave, Lakewood, CO 80226.

We had calamari for appetizer, house salad, tour of italy course(Shrimp Scampi, Spinach Ricotta Mezzaluna Ravioli with Pesto Alfredo, and Fettuccine Alfredo. Symptoms started within 30 min to an hour eating.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

Ate at BJ's around 1:30 pm. I ordered calamari appetizer as my entree. An hour after leaving I started feeling nauseous. I rested for a while, and 90 minutes later had projectile vomiting. Two hours after vomiting, I am starting to feel better  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐
