我昨晚大约 7 点去吃晚饭。我的聚会里有 9 个人，没有其他人生病。我是唯一一个吃过猪肉肉和酸奶油的人。我在 10:30 左右开始抽筋严重，感觉有车生病了恶心的感觉。然后我大约在 11:30 左右扔掉一次，直到大约每小时 4 点，抽筋仍然很糟糕，但有干燥的沉重感。每当我的胃狭窄时，我的身体都会从每个毛孔中倾出汗水。我太虚弱了，我无法坐在厕所或走回床上，所以我躺在浴室地板上三个小时。我担心我会因为脱水而昏倒。我丈夫给了我佳得乐，我喝了大约一茶匙然后在地板上睡着了。我在 7 点醒来然后回到床上睡了两个小时。我醒来后感觉还活着但是很虚弱。然后腹泻开始了。已经 10 个小时了，我想我会没事的。为了食品安全，我向餐厅和县报告了这件事。

I had a carnitas bowl on Monday 03/26. A few hours later I was experiencing nausea, diarrhea, and stomach cramps that have continued for almost 48 hours now. My boyfriend had the chicken and did not experience these S&S.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

昨天我从这个地方购买了一个肉饼玉米饼。在几个小时之内，我被极度的胃痛、腹泻、101.1 度的发烧、全身疼痛和疼痛所击中，这使我难以起床，然后在接下来的 6 个小时内每二十分钟就会呕吐一次。

起初我以为我可能只是得了胃流感，但自今天清晨以来我就没有呕吐过来，尽管我还有所有其他症状。

My husband and I shared a carnitas burrito bowl at 8pm on Tuesday 3/20. We both woke up at 4am sick with food poisoning for the next 12 hours. We were completely healthy before eating and had to miss work functions the next day.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

碗-用糙米，黑豆，肉酱，酸奶油，奶酪和生菜。他们正在制作新的肉食来带出来，但由于有排队，厨师似乎很着急。我看见他在肉里放了一个温度计，但不超过 2 秒钟。看起来还不够长，无法获得准确的读数。进食后不到一小时，我就出现了严重的抽筋，但没有其他系统。抽筋持续了 36 个小时，直到我去紧急护理。在医生办公室呕吐后不久我开了抗恶心药。胃痛难以忍受，我无法入睡。8 小时后我得了 diahhrea，但是胃痛仍在持续。

I ate a carnitas and barbacoa bowl yesterday and that was all I ate all day, I started to feel sick a few hours after and was up all night in major discomfort  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

We picked up our food at approximately 5:30. I had a salad with carnitas, chicken, lettuce & mild salsa. My family had soft & hard tacos as well as a burrito.

I am the only one that had a stomach ache.
