有一个鸡肉卷饼 Supreme Combo，没有洋葱，玉米片贝尔格兰德在几个小时内开始感到非常恶心，第二天早上醒来，恶心增加了，然后开始出现剧烈的腹泻和呕吐，然后很快出现疼痛，头痛，发烧和发冷，变得非常虚弱，在我能够服用任何液体或食物之前已经脱水了。我丈夫免疫力受到抑制，我很高兴他没有得到免疫力，这也使我们相信这是食物中毒。我再也不会在那里吃东西了。

2017 年 1 月 2 日晚上 8 点左右，我用水吃了鸡肉卷饼（面粉玉米饼、白米饭、平托豆、fajita 蔬菜、鸡肉、轻度/中/热萨尔萨斯、酸奶油、奶酪和生菜）。吃完墨西哥卷饼 20 分钟后回家后，我开始感到腹痛腹胀，然后是腹泻和恶心。症状持续到深夜，导致呕吐。
