Lunch on 7/27/16. Had Sante Fe Chicken Salad. By 4 Pm was in an ambulance on way to hospital. Massive sweating , diarrhea, nausea, vomiting and I passed out. After 4 days in hospital I am home.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐

Bought chicken salad from deli at noon. Food was room temperature. I felt funny for the rest of the day, then at 2 am I vomited multiple times. All severe symptoms began and continued to occur for the entire next day.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐

Had the grilled chicken pecan salad. Got back to work and almost immediately had diarrhea. Have had to go to the bathroom twice now withing a 45 min to hour time frame. My co-worker had the crisp chicken salad and is having the same issue.  | 症状: 腹泻

7 月 20 日星期三，我在纽约奥尼昂塔的 Panera 吃过饭。我选择了两种草莓、罂粟籽和鸡肉沙拉和纳帕杏仁鸡肉沙拉三明治的组合。我喝了咖啡然后把苹果带回家。我不得不使用餐厅的洗手间，然后不得不在街上的加油站停下来。剩下的时间我有抽筋和间歇性腹泻。第二天我还是觉得恶心。和我一起去的朋友吃了一份不含肉的沙拉。那天晚上和第二天她都患了腹泻和抽筋。那天晚上她也呕吐了。

Purchased peppered turkey from the deli, came home and ate within 30 min. About 15 min after eating my wife and I were both sick. We also had chicken salad from the deli but both felt that the turkey was the cause. Second time we've had bad meat from the deli.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心
