Ate 4/15/2019 around 1 PM. I had wonton soup, chicken on sticks, rice, and corn. Drank only to water with ice. Several hours later, I got sick with diarrhea and then vomiting all night and still sick. Some food was cold. I ate cake and a piece of ice cream sandwich for dessert.  | 症状: 呕吐, 恶心, 腹泻

The store is awesome but the food is a stone cold killer, I ate the chicken strips and mash potatoes and gravey and tasted the mac and cheese. Before I could leave the store I had to rush quickly to bathroom, 2 other people were also rushing… 更多

i had a crispy chicken salad and milkshake at about 1pm. by the time 430 came around till about 2 in the morning I had severe diarrhea and vomiting. I don't even know why I'm at work right now.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

19 年 4 月 14 日晚上 9 点 45 分左右，我的朋友在去我家的路上给我抓了一个墨西哥卷饼。它上面有鸡肉，黑豆，白米饭，温和的玉米莎酱，queso 和鳄梨调味酱。当我吃完之后，我的胃很不舒服，但我想我吃得太多了。第二天早上，我因虚弱、恶心和胃痉挛而感到非常不适，以至于我几乎无法忍受。我去上班了，当我无法在销售楼层停留超过 30 分钟而不需要坐下时，立即被送回家。在回家的路上，我不得不经常停下来使用洗手间，以至于我花了 1.5 个多小时才能开车，通常只需要 30 分钟左右的时间。第二天，由于腹泻如此严重，我最终也不得不停工，我不能不用洗手间就走超过 10 分钟。

I purchased an 8 piece chicken nuggets this afternoon around 2:30 p.m. I didn’t order or eat anything else. Later this evening after dinner around 10:15 p.m. I started sweating with nausea and then vomiting. Approximately 20 minutes later the vomiting continued with diarrhea.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 出汗
