昨晚晚上 9 点半左右我在上面列出的地方有温迪。我上床睡觉时感觉很正常，醒来时感觉非常痛苦-我的胃口消失了，我到处都是非常恶心的。我等了大约一个半小时后，我大量呕吐，然后我吃了一小段在我脑后感觉可能是昨晚的温迪，我试着等着看它到底是什么。呕吐后我意识到那正是我前一天晚上的温迪。整天晚些时候我都试着把它睡下来，但是我被唤醒到处都是呕吐的冲动再一次。我查了一下食物中毒的症状，几乎所有症状，包括疲劳、头痛、呕吐、恶心、轻微头晕等，甚至考虑转换食物也使我的胃部搅动，整个早上我总共呕吐了大约三次。我订购了烧烤牧场鸡肉沙拉。

我和我丈夫昨晚 7 点左右收到了 Taco Bell。我有一只鸡肉哈鲁帕他有一只裸鸡肉查鲁帕。我们俩还有墨西哥玉米片口味的 dorito locos taco，我以为它的味道和我记得的不一样，但我已经很久没有吃过了，我想我错了。

今天早上，我在凌晨 4 点醒来时感到恶心然后立即开始呕吐。我怀孕了，所以我首先想到的是我又一次因晨吐而出现，但后来我丈夫醒来后也开始呕吐。我们整天都有严重的腹泻和呕吐，但我们俩都没有发烧。我们还没有去看医生的唯一原因是因为我们身体上无法停止严重的呕吐或腹泻的时间足够长，无法去看医生。我甚至不得不重新安排今天的产科预约，因为我无法停止生病。太糟糕了，我们发誓再也不会在那里吃东西了。
