吃了一个墨西哥卷饼，里面有碎牛肉、guac、酸奶油、大米和各种蔬菜 + 薯条配中号和菠萝莎莎酱。进食后 60-90 分钟感觉不舒服（起初是恶心然后发冷），然后在 2 小时后开始过度呕吐。呕吐停止后，症状大多消失。  | 症状: 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 寒战

Burrito and/or chips and queso at Qdoba, I felt weird this morning before going to work. I went to the bathroom and had pretty bad diarrhea. I thought nothing of it, and then I went to work.
