I ate at Panera Bread at 1:30pm on April 28, 2017. I had you pick 2: clam chowder & ham on white with mayo, lettuce, tomato, onion. I started feeling terrible about 5:00 and starting vomiting about 6:00. Vomited for several hours then felt better about 10pm.  | 症状: 呕吐

I ordered the clam chowder, key lime pie and lobster bake. I only had the clam chowder and lobster bake. A few hours later I threw up and had diarrhea which lasted all night. Forced to take off work tomorrow. Not sure how long it will last.… 更多

Ordered 4 items special. Salad with Thousand island dressing, Clam chowder soup. Biscuits. Entree Shrimp linguini Alfredo. Dessert chocolate brownie ala mode. Did not finish dessert. Approx one hour after eating got extreme diarrhea.  | 症状: 腹泻

17 年 1 月 19 日，我参观了银泉马里兰州 Ga Av 上的红龙虾。我订购了终极盛宴，其中包括两种形式的虾、龙虾尾和蟹腿。还有一碗蛤蜊杂烩和烤土豆。在那之后不久，大约一个小时后回到家，我的胃里有这种异常的污点，我以为那只是气体，但是后来我开始同时患腹泻和呕吐，这持续了整夜，我完全脱水了，太虚弱了，我无法将自己从床上抬起来。第二天，我打电话给红龙虾，与经理交谈，告诉他餐厅里的食物中毒，他说他会请公司办公室的人与我联系，但他从来没有这样做过。需要认真调查这些事件，因为任何形式的中毒都可能导致死亡，仅仅因为红龙虾是一个庞大的国家连锁店，就不应该使他们免于这种粗心大意。
