I am experiencing severe nausea with a high probability of vomiting at any moment. I ate there about 30 minutes ago; I got a 4 for 4 jr bacon meal. It could be any component of the burger, the fries, the sweet n sour sauce and nuggets or the diet coke.  | 症状: 恶心

Symptoms began same night of trip to restaurant, maybe within six hours. Trip was on Thursday, August 2nd. Me and my fiancé both got sick. We both had double quarter pounders, fries, and I had a diet Coke while he had a sweet tea. Nausea and vomiting  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐

昨天我和朋友一起去了麦当劳，我们整天都没吃饭，所以晚上 11 点去买食物。他吃了油炸，零可乐和双奶酪汉堡，在那里他取出了 gyrkins。我吃了一个巨无霸、奶酪汉堡和一个大的 cgolate 奶昔。第二天醒来的时候我不得不重复带着液体粪便去厕所。这被头痛、旅游区域的疼痛和恶心所占据。

我开车花了 40 分的时间去上班去拿一些文件，对此我很遗憾，因为恶心和腹泻我不得不在加油站停下来。在上午 10 点半的工作中，我不得不通过大便 3 次然后呕吐一次。

大约 3 个小时后我开车回家。在家时，我感觉更加头晕，粪便更多。

然后我睡到下午 5 点我发现醒来起床时我又多次呕吐了两次，而且我的疼痛和头痛多于恶心。

我已经开始服用 peptor bismol，因为我的肛门因大便过多而开始燃烧。我一定要喝大量的水。

这是我在商店遇到的唯一主要问题，我似乎确实注意到了新手，所以我不确定。在可预见的将来不会去任何麦当劳。

I ate the filet o fish with a large order of fries and a coke two days ago and a few hours later I felt nauseous. Stayed in the bathroom for a few hours and started to get diarrhea too. Had my brother drive me to the hospital and stayed there for 5 hours.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心
