春假期间我们在东北部的 Chipotle ——2015 年 3 月
我总能得到同样的东西-鸡肉碗、清淡的鸡肉、米饭、温和的莎莎酱、酸奶油、奶酪和生菜-我以前从来没有遇到过吃这顿饭的问题-那天晚上 2 点-感觉自己会因为经历的极度胃痛和抽筋而死亡。从那以后还没吃过，也不打算吃

Ordered a 20 piece and an ice cream 12/21/15 and woke up this morning with extreme nausea, ended up on or praying to the toilet for 3+ hours. Call it dumb luck but I also got food poisoning last week from a Chinese joint at City Creek. First time in my life, twice in a week...  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Took out chicken bowl, rice, salsa, black beans ,cheese, sour cream on Sat, 12/19/15. Completely sick by 12:30pm on Monday, 12/21. Sweating profusely, faint, lightheadedness, nausea, stomach cramps. Had to leave work. Home next day, sicker than I've ever been in my life!  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧

I went to buffalo wild wing on a Saturday night. Ate some Asian zings, potato wedges with soar cream, and mozzarella sticks. I woke up the next morning with an upset stomach & I was constantly going into the bathroom and my stomach still hurts and it's already Monday nights  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧

Ordered ice coffee with snicker doodle an cream and two snack an go steal wraps. After an hour of eating and drinking had none stop throwing up and the runs. Ended up in hospital where they determined it was food poisoning and that was the only thing I had all day  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐

Had a half and half bowl with chicken and steak along with white rice and mild salsa with cheese, sour cream and guacamole. I also had a warmed tortilla with it. It was less then two hours after I ate I got really sick and have been sick for over 24hrs now.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
