我和我的女朋友正要出城去看她的一些家人，所以我们在南卡罗来纳州哥伦比亚布什河路上的当地温迪停下来，我点了 #10 10 块鸡块餐和草莓柠檬水，我的食物看起来一切都很好我可能只吃了 5 块金块和一些薯条确实注意到柠檬水味道有点滑稽所以我没有全部喝完。一开始吃完食物后大概 1 小时后我才开始感到恶心，我唯一的症状就是胃痛。大约一个半小时后腹泻开始了，我知道有些事情不对劲，因为温迪是我今天唯一要吃的东西。所以我和我的女朋友今天下午 4 点 30 分左右回到家，那时候呕吐开始了，我在一个小时内至少呕吐了三次。我尝试躺下，但是胃痛让我感到非常不舒服，不得不同时呕吐和使用洗手间真是太可怕了。这是我生命中第一次有食物中毒，这是一种非常可怕的感觉。

下午 12 点来自 A＆W 的牛肉汉堡和薯条。下午 1 点的蒂姆·霍顿斯糕点。发病时间约为2.5-3.5小时。症状是腹部痉挛、恶心、呕吐，但没有腹泻。  | 症状: 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋, 腹泻
