下午 4 点在种植者上吃一碗蜂蜜烤花生。到晚上 8 点，胃部抽筋严重。我在下午 6 点吃了呕的晚餐，但花生在 D 节里太远了。上肠严重痉挛、腹胀、干重、轻度头痛、煤气和整夜打嗝。到 9a 稍好一点。早上 10 点 15 分还在收回。
