Went through the drive-thru around 9:15pm and got the orange chicken & honey walnut shrimp with lo mein noodles. It was the only thing I ate that entire day. Woke up at 3:30am the next morning and experienced diarrhea, vomiting, and a fever.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

我们都有不同的东西（汉堡和掘金（蜂蜜芥末酱），都有炸薯条（奶酪酱）。所以一定是炸薯条，两个人，上床睡觉然后醒来（大约 4-6 个小时）胃痛、恶心和腹泻。我很确定是油炸锅油  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 胃痛

这个周末在迷你度假停下来第二天去买零食。在游泳池闲逛时吃了 Tstitos w 奶酪蘸酱和蜂蜜烤坚果。吃完坚果后坐得不好。几个小时后我感到恶心和刺痛，我整周都在下班我的血液结果异常我发烧、发冷和头痛毕竟呕吐和腹泻生病了 4 天才开始吃东西
