意大利香草烤牛肉-胡椒杰克-生菜、菠菜、番茄、甜椒、泡菜、芥末酱和蛋黄酱。

6 个半小时后我开始感到恶心。从剧烈的痛苦开始。然后我有很多呕吐和腹泻。我发烧了，整个九码都发冷了。两天后我终于有了能量。

Ate around 4:30 pm, before class, grabbed a spicy italian sandwich, chips, and a drink. About 5:15 pm i started to feel a bit of Nausea, made it through class and around 11:30p-12:00a the full symptoms including diarrhea and vomiting occurred.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
