I had a meal at Nando's at 9pm last night - a lemon and herb chicken pitta (plain, no veg/salad etc) with chips and mash. The food was fine when I ate it but now I'm SO sick. 在下午 6 点至 7 点之间吃了。妈妈吃了一个煎蛋卷，里面有蘑菇和奶酪、哈希布朗、饼干、煎饼和健怡可乐加柠檬。等了一会儿我们的食物，然后评论说虽然天气温暖但不热。我们在晚上 7 点 30 分左右回到家，然后她开始发烧和发冷、恶心和胃部不适。晚上 8 点至 9 点左右，寒冷仍在继续，然后出现爆炸性腹泻和干胀。一旦发生这种情况，发烧就爆发了，开始好转。

2017 年 4 月 30 日我在晚上 9 点左右吃了。我和我的妹妹吃了翅膀，我吃了柠檬胡椒，伯爵（08）小妹妹吃了原味的热，伯数（06）都进去了。吃完饭后，我去了房间，开始拍照，讲述自己的看法，今天过得怎么样。恰好在晚上 10 点 57 分我开始恶心了。我告诉了 snapchat 我感觉不舒服。这种感觉并没有消失，我一直在打嗝。下午 2 点 04 分我冲到洗手间吐翅膀。我回去睡觉时还是感觉恶心。星期一凌晨 5 点 35 分，我捏住了手腕（这是远离恶心情的好方法），我去了妈妈的房间，说我是怎么腹泻和呕吐的。她评论说我的妹妹也有呕吐物，凌晨 1 点左右，我们喝了一杯草药。清洁我们的胃。早上 7 点我开始发烧、感冒和发抖。上午 10:56 我还会继续腹泻。

About a week ago I had the same exact order and the same exact issue I'm having right now. Severe cramping, sweats and diarrhea.
