About a week ago I had the same exact order and the same exact issue I'm having right now. Severe cramping, sweats and diarrhea. I thought at first it was maybe due to something else, but now that I had the same order again I know it's from the lemon loaf now. I have gotten sick twice this month after having a latte macchiato with soy milk I had that both times. The first I got sick I had an egg & gouda sandwich with the latte.
