18 年 8 月 29 日，我吃了一份阿罗哈沙拉和新鲜的鲑鱼（未煮过），几个小时后我开始出现腹部痉挛。晚上抽筋变得非常强烈，我有腹泻、恶心和呕吐。我吃的药很少，感觉好多了。但是从那天起，抽筋仍然存在（轻得多），还有腹泻。我今天去看医生检查一下。尽管我吃了一块有点臭的鲑鱼，但看起来和味道都很新鲜。恐怕我所有的疾病都是从它开始的。
