2018 年 8 月 9 日我在 Panera Bread 吃了午饭。我吃了亚洲芝麻沙拉和鸡肉。几个小时之内，我开始感到光明头晕目眩。到了晚上，我发烧了，发冷了，我的头在跳动。恶心还在继续，晚上我病得很重，迷失了方向，我开始在床上呕吐。12 小时后我还是有些发冷，我感觉就像卡车把我撞过去了。
另外，他们的浴室很脏。这个地方需要检查一下。

8 月 2 日我吃了鸡肉牧场沙拉。那天下午我出现了腹痛、头痛、恶心和头晕。我去紧急护理我完全脱水了食物中毒而且很恶心。我必须去医院拿静脉注射液回到紧急护理中去接受静脉注射液。我的血压下降到 96/58 然后上升到 196/73 年。我无法集中精力我不知道自己的名字，也不知道我的电话号码。我一团糟。
