我昨天（4 月 28 日星期六）12 点 30 分订购了带牧场调味料的 Cobb 沙拉，然后食用了。在 2 小时内，我胃痉挛严重，无法停止出汗。再过一个小时，我得了可怕的腹泻，完全清空了我系统中的所有东西。我的腹部整晚都受伤了。今天早上我的排便有血液所以我知道这不仅仅是一点腹泻。我认为还有更多事情要发生。

Went in and sat down around 6:30pm. Ordered the sirloin steak and it came with a side salad with ranch. Symptoms started around 3 hours after eating. I’ve been having symptoms for almost 12 hours. I will never eat there again.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

I had the Asian chicken salad for lunch and didn't feel good after a few hours. Felt very lethargic. Before dinner that night the diarrhea started. It has now been over 24 hours. I am worried it might be the lettuce in the salad  | 症状: 腹泻
