On Sat., dec 16th, I purchased a cobb salad at appx. 1:00pm. ate it at appx 2:00pm. At around 9:00pm started throwing up and had diarrhea all night long. Didn't stop vomiting till monday , the 18th morning  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

和我丈夫共进午餐他有一个三明治我得到了 Cobb 沙拉。他吃了几晚我的沙拉然后我吃了几晚他的三明治。下午大约是 130 点。回家最后上床睡觉，凌晨 4 点醒来，胃痛和腹泻很严重。持续了将近4天，第一天就去了急诊室。
是有史以来最糟糕的经历。医生做了 CT 扫描，发现我的结肠发炎了，并说是食物中毒，可能是大肠杆菌。

Ate cheddar biscuits, salmon with Brussels sprouts & mashed potatoes. Got the house salad with my meal. Felt sick the next day starting with diarrhea followed by vomited the next day.
