On Wed April 26, I ate the spicy southwest chicken salad and then proceeded to vomit and have non stop diherria. This is actually the second time this has happened to me with the same salad. Finally learned my lesson  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

2017 年 4 月 24 日星期一晚上 7 点，我们在 Bonefish 烧烤餐厅用餐。有鱿鱼、意大利沙拉、龙虾尾。吃完后感觉臃肿。两个小时后得到了暴力的 diarrea 和虚弱。打电话给 9-11 然后一辆救护车把我送往医院。实验室证实了医生怀疑这是食物中毒。三个小时后他们把我释放了回到家后，我以暴力和无法控制的方式呕吐。呕吐物中有未消化的鱿鱼。那是两天前。一直无法吃东西。
