Thurs July 14 2016 - Bought a Wolfgang Puck chicken salad along with Tuna salad from Gelson's personal deli. Symptoms began 4/5 hours after consuming, lasted for an entire night. All I had to eat this day so I know the food poisoning was due to one of these two items  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐

Ate at 9pm last night. Had barbacoa salad bowl with guac, mild salsa, medium salsa, more lettuce. Symptoms started approximately 20 minutes after meal including: nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. Symptoms continued well into the night as well as continuing till 9am the next day  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

自 ecoli 爆发以来我就发誓不再使用 Chipotle。我终于屈服了，因为我认识的每个人都在吃它，并说他们很好。我有一个豆腐沙拉配黑豆和米饭，还有 Guac 的一面。顺便说一句，筹码已经陈旧了。一切都没有我记得的那么新鲜，我觉得在经历了这样的大案之后，Chipotle 会尽一切努力确保一切都是新鲜的。我开始感到胃痛，不得不经常上厕所。痛苦很糟糕.. 不是抽筋而是疼痛。今天我有腹泻，不能离开洗手间。我感觉很惨。

Their location was doing the "dress like a cow and get free food." I ate chicken nuggets and fries around 7pm. My mom got a salad and was fine. My stepdad got a chicken sandwich and fries and was in the same boat as me. My symptoms started around 3am the next morning.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐
