我吃了一个装满糙米、黑豆、sofritas、fajita 蔬菜混合物、温和的莎莎酱、中度莎莎、玉米、guac 和一杯水的碗。晚上 8 点 09 分左右我吃了大约三分之一的碗，然后喝完了我的水。凌晨 4 点左右我的胃开始受伤非常严重，我能感觉到整个胃部的疼痛。大约晚了一个小时（凌晨 5 点 15 分），我跑到洗手间经历了服务器便秘。在里面，用了 15 分钟的揉肚子我的嘴变得水汪汪，我呕吐了食物。我知道那是 chipotle，因为它看起来很相似，味道和我吃的完全一样。在大约 2 个小时内，我继续经历严重的胃痛以及出汗、恶心和 diahrea。我用冰喝了一些水然后在 10 分钟内呕吐出来。不久之后我有了更多的 diahrea。

吃了一个牛排碗，里面有白米饭、黑豆、热（红）莎莎、玉米莎莎、酸奶油和奶酪。1 月 23 日下午 6 点 30 分左右得到了结转。几个朋友同时得到了食物。我是这群人中唯一一个订购牛排的人，也是唯一出现症状的人。

在几个小时内开始感到不适。现在是 1 月 24 日下午 1 点，在过去的 6 个小时里我不得不使用洗手间 9 次。出现腹痛和抽筋 l、恶心和腹泻
