Ate the enchiladas from the prepared foods section in Costco. My family also all ate it but I was the only one who consumed the salsa that came with it. I woke up a few hours later and was violently ill. I have been vomiting for over 10 hours and there is no end in sight.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐

I had a chicken bowl with white & brown rice, black beans, chicken, mild and medium salsa, corn, cheese, and lettuce. Chips and hot salsa on the side. Didn't get hit until 5 hours after eating it and it all came up and out the back end. Extremely painful.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

我和我的同事在 12 月 28 日 12:45 在那里吃过饭。大约 3 点钟我们俩都开始胃痛了-我的同事马上吃了些药，但我没有。我必须在 3 点半之前回家，从那时起直到今天早上 7 点我都在猛烈地呕吐，当我没有呕吐的时候我胃痛很严重。我今天也得整天躺在床上。我的同事恶心得很厉害。我们认为这是莎莎酱，因为我们俩都有它，但我有更多的东西，所以我变得更糟。

我晚上 7 点半左右在 Chipotle 吃了。我有一个鸡肉卷饼碗，里面放着白米饭，pinto 豆，温和的莎莎酱，酸奶油和奶酪。我也有筹码和 guac。在我开始感觉到胃痉挛之后，我几乎立即无法入睡。大约在午夜，我起床呕吐了，从那以后又有大约 3 到 4 次了。今天我什么都压不住，抽筋还会来来去去。

Date was 12/18, vomiting lasted about 10 hours and diarrhea about 24 hours. Symptoms were every 15-30 minutes for those first 10 hrs. Ate at 6:30 pm, symptoms began at 9:30 pm. Ate: lettuce, dressing, brown rice, fajitas, black beans, cheese, mild salsa, tomatillo salsa, corn and guacamole.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐

昨天下午 2 点 15 分，我和我的家人去了 chipotle 吃了晚午饭。我订购了鸡肉卷饼配平托豆、白米饭、玉米莎莎、酸奶油和奶酪。我去了 Home Depot 退回了几件物品，然后在 4 点去了一家家庭成员的房子。此时我开始感觉肚子里有超剧烈的抽筋。我回家后不久感觉不舒服，然后我发冷得非常严重。胃里的抽筋继续变强，然后我去洗手间呕吐并出现纯水腹泻。我还在起床，因为我整夜都在呕吐和发抖，腹泻剧烈。我甚至不能把水压下来。
