大约下午 4 点 15 分拿起我的饭，大约 15 分钟后开始吃我的碗，其中包括：白米饭，黑豆，鸡肉，玉米莎莎，番茄莎莎和中等莎莎，只吃了我一半的碗装薯条。在接下来的两个小时里，我经历了头晕、腹胀、恶心和胃痛。在 2-2.5 小时内，我开始呕吐所有这些东西，间歇性腹泻持续了几个小时。在这段时间里我无法保持水下来，颈部僵硬，体温波动。我一直在告诉自己 chipotle 的食源性疾病永远不会让我感到困扰，但是凌晨 3 点我仍然很恶心，几乎无法保持一口水，我不会再信任辣椒。我只是想报告这件事，所以没人会生病。
