我和妻子在 12:30 左右吃了 fanita pita 三明治，用巧克力奶昔炸薯条。下午 3 点左右，我们都开始了 diarrea 和胃痉挛、冷汗和发烧。我丈夫继续呕吐，大便里有血。这种情况一直持续到深夜，第二天我们的胃里还有那些刺痛的疼痛。

在冬季公园吃了 Shake Shack 仅几个小时后，我的同事和我自己都生病了。我们俩都吃了同样的饭-一个汉堡包，里面有生菜番茄，洋葱和薯条。我们俩都有液体腹泻-根本没有物质，并且已经持续了大约 12 个小时。我们脱水而且非常虚弱。我今天早上要去看医生。
