Cooked Shrimp, He ate 1/2 a cooked shrimp and said it tasted mealy, not crunchy, slimy. He threw the rest out. Within 45 minutes he felt sharp stabbing pains and massive fires he’s.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

I ordered a platter from there don’t remember the name of it. It had lobster, shrimp scallops and I wanna say clams or some kind of mussel. Ever since eating there I’ve had diarrhea and nausea. This has been going on for at least 14 hours so far.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

在后方食物准备区观察到员工的饮料容器打开，检查期间在地下室的垃圾桶中发现了香烟/烟头；前准备区和酒吧区域的洗手水槽无法使用；观察到苏打枪和刀子被淹没并直接存放在水箱顶部在酒吧区喝冰；在制冰机箱内表面观察到黑色残留物；观察到鱼、蟹腿和虾在室温下在积水中使用未经批准的方法解冻；在整个过程中观察到啮齿动物（鼠标粪便）和昆虫（苍蝇）活动的可见物理证据设施；死老鼠包裹在地下室的不锈钢架子里；员工的个人物品（衣服、公文包和钱包）存放在与食物接触的表面（砧板和准备桌）上，而不是存放在指定的员工存储区域。
