我昨天下午6点左右在Qdoba吃了晚饭。我有一个卷饼碗，里面装有糙米、黑豆、蔬菜、pico de gallo、酸奶油和香菜。我还有温和的 queso 和薯条。那天晚上晚些时候，我开始感到胃部粘住，但我认为这是我经常遭受的胃酸倒流，因此自己服药。突然之间，午夜过后，我感到非常恶心，并遭受了极度的呕吐和腹泻。最不愉快和不寻常的症状是我遭受的极度寒战。我感觉很冷，穿上 2 件毛衣和 2 条毯子也无济于事。我躺在床上发抖了 2 个小时，然后终于把剩下的胃扔掉了，体温突然恢复正常。

I had a bowl with white rice, black beans, mild salsa, lettuce, sour cream, and guacamole. No meat. Didn’t taste as good as it usually did, but I ate it nonetheless. I got very nauseous and then threw up multiple times. Unfortunately I will not be eating at chipotle again.  | 症状: 呕吐

I ate 2 crunchy tacos with Barbacoa, mild and medium salsa, cheese, lettuce, sour cream, side of white rice, and a coke. I ate it in the restaurant I did not take it home. I am so disappointed. Chipotle was my favorite restaurant. Never again will I eat there.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
