晚上 8 点 15 分左右在熟食店买了热狗和冷冻酸奶。午夜时分，我被严重的腹部抽筋打了 45 分钟左右，感觉就像气体一样，逐渐恶化，然后腹泻。也感觉恶心但没有呕吐。抽筋和腹泻持续了 2 个多小时。第二天早上感觉我做了 1000 次仰卧起坐，我的腹部太酸了。
