在下午 2 点 30 分左右吃了鸡肉沙拉 1/12/17。下午 3 点 30 分左右，我开始感到恶心和胃部不适。30 分钟后，我把所有的沙拉、鸡肉和鳄梨调味酱都吐出来了。我吃了好 3-4 次，直到我没有更多的食物可以扔掉。剩下的时间里我头疼肚子疼。

对于 Chiptotle 管理：于 2017 年 1 月 12 日下午 2 点左右订购。我点了一个鸡肉沙拉，里面有糙米、黑豆、温和热的莎莎酱、玉米和鳄梨调味酱。可能是莎莎里的洋葱？还是那个豆子？我无法确定它。我把它吃了一半然后停了下来。不管是什么，这让我真的很恶心。

My Boyfriend and I stopped in to grab to Steak bowls at 9:30 pm. After about 2 am we both started feeling really bad with diarrhea and Nausea feeling that lasted well into the next day.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

晚上 8 点去了 Chipotle 1/12/17。点香肠碗和白米 lettecue 中等莎莎酱。在 8:20 左右吃了之后我睡着了然后在午夜 12 点左右醒来，胃痛持续到凌晨 5 点 30 分。肚子疼得太厉害了我什至可以回去睡觉  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐, 胃痛

Had a white rice bowl with chicken, carnitas, mild and green salsa, fajita vegetables. It was definitely the chicken, as I watched the guy scoop the old chicken into the new chicken and give me a nice scoop of the old.
