我吃了一个墨西哥卷饼碗，里面有黑豆、白米饭、奶酪、中等莎莎酱、鳄梨调味酱和生菜。还有高卡莫勒和薯条。我在星期天 12 点吃了，我的症状从星期一早上 3 点开始。我的胃感觉好像被撕裂了，我得了腹泻，感觉我也要呕吐。现在是星期二，我还是感觉不好。最近两天我因为出现症状而打电话上班，我感到虚弱和痛苦。

I hab the bowl with double steak it was the only thing I had eaten all day. Two hour later my stomach is champing and in the bathroom every five minutes. If pain doesn't stop on my way to emergency. Eaten there before no problem.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐
