I ate a chipotle burrito bowl for dinner last night, and have felt nasty ever since. This morning I woke up with a stomach ache and have really bad diarrhea with mainly pieces of undigested chipotle. I thought you had fixed your problems! I'm very upset, and don't plan on coming back. | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

星期五下午 3 点左右得到了 chipotle。下午 6 点开始发烧、发冷、胃痛然后跑步。整夜呕吐、出汗和发抖。周六早上还会觉得 nauzia 然后跑步 | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐, 出汗, 胃痛, 寒战
