我订购的碗里有 barbacoa、奶酪、pico de gallo、莎莎、玉米和鳄梨调味酱。吃完碗后我整天都胃痛得很厉害。第二天我醒来时出现了发烧、水样腹泻和可怕的恶心。今天是吃了 chipotle 的第三天，我仍然有胃痛和水样腹泻。

Chicken bowl over brown ricell grilled veggies, black beans, salsa, corn, cheese, chips, guacamole. Less than an hour after eating, tummy started to hurt and grumble. Had diarrhea for minutes on toilet. Felt like I was gonna vomit, started sweating like crazy, breathing hard and crying out… 更多
